This is a 22-year-old female athlete with many nasal fractures in the past who had a nasal obstruction and was unhappy with her nasal appearance. She underwent a primary rhinoplasty and turbinate reduction under general anesthesia. She also had a mole removed from the outside of her nose. At her follow up you can see a nice profile with a reduction of her dorsal hump, as well as the removal of her mole with an imperceptible scar.
